You are right about bringing back memories wilddog!! You guys are complaining about going slow cultivating, I remember as a kid I was jealous of my oldest brother because he got to drive the tractor cultivating beans while me and my next oldest brother walked the beans taking the weeds out of the row that the cultivator didn’t get. I think dad’s herb program on beans back then was Treflan down ppi (worked in twice) followed by granular Amiben in a band at planting. No broadleaf herb in-between the rows just 2x cultivating and kids walking to pull the rest. This was in the days before the rope wicks and riding “bean bars”, remember them? They were real popular in the mid to late 1980’s in our area before Scepter and Pursuit came out. With all the resistance popping up a few of the “bean bars” may come out of hiding and be used again!!
