Agreed.

When we had 4wd's we demo'd a Cat side by side. They had identical chisels set to the same depth and measured. Cat had 35 hp less and could run side by side with the larger 4wd. We also had a 4wd the same pto hp as the Cat. After seeing what it did against a larger wheeled tractor we swapped the 4wd for our smaller one that was the same size as the Cat. The Cat was running almost 1 mph faster than the same size 4 wd pulling the same load.

I know this was just an unscientific test on dirt and not on concrete in Nebraska but a year later the 4wd's were gone and we had 2 used Cats on the farm. One of the best things we have done.
