Chillicothe, Missouri | I believe that builders of hitches, offer a kit that will place the fifth wheel behind the the point where the hitch is installed in the bed.
I have no idea how well it would work, or transfer the weight.
I believe the one I remember seeing an ad for was a B&W hitch
With the sistem I remember, the hitch could/would be approx. center of axle, and the hitch for a 5th wheel camper would be set back an aditional12-15 inches.
