I still focus on the fact that though price struggles it has not broke out through the overshoot and in six months when you could first say that it is going to happen we are now six months down the road and 10% higher.... it may be a matter of time but we do not know if it is at 126, 130 or 135. My opposing argument would be that it is not what price is doing but what it has not done.....and it has not broke out yet.....if it could not break out already then perhaps it will not break out.
