I would guess it had a 450 at one point (I believe that is the 5 switch controller) and the guy swapped it out with the 440 prior to auction. Do the 3 switches control the full boom now or are 2 valves not controlled? You can make 5 work on 3 switches as long as you program the 440 to tell it how long each boom "section" is.
