Subject: Re: ? about guidance systems

Coles County, Illinois
When my old teejet lightbar system finally quit, I bought a Raven Cruizer II with a helix antenna running WAAS. It works well enough that I'll add autosteer this spring. Since it's a fairly new system for Raven, I think they'll support it for some time. The Trimble 500 is good system but I'm already hearing some issues with Trimble supporting it as it's been around for awhile.

I think support is a big question for anyone looking at their initial system. In my opinion Agleader is probably the best at least locally. They have a good dealer and as I understand it the company will suppy suport direct to customers. Raven has good support from the company so I just ask then when I have a question. Trimble does all support from the dealers.
