West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge
I have a trimble 250, and it seems to do everything I want it to do, no complaints. But at a farm show I recently discovered a company called Farmer GPS, who sells the software for your own laptop, to turn it into a gps, all you need is to buy an antenna, and it can operate booms, and autosteer etc. Plus all the data is instantly on your computer, with internet to even record windspeed etc. along with the GPS. Much cheaper than the commercial versions. I wish I'd heard of it sooner.

Sorry for sounding like an advertisement, I have no affiliation, just thought is sounds like a good idea.
