Scribner, NE | Just a thought. Ask him what he would sell you the land for. Be ready, remember that 30 acres will likely not break you (hopefully this is true, or don't do this at all). Whatever he says, write him a check and drive him to a bank to use a standard agreement. That does not allow him to change his mind.
I do have one question. Why lime acres you do not have a long term agreement on? Typically here a landlord would pay for some of the lime. | |
