You missed Boxing Day, Kwanza, winter solstice, Yule, Badhi, Soyal, Hogmanay, Yalda.

Isn't December often referred to as the 'Holiday Season'?

If it is a work place or general public gathering Holiday party is the best description.

If it is one of the religious parties held in or by a religious group then label it as such.

Religion and work is not a good combination unless the work place is small and the workers all attend the same religious place.
