| Depending on your age. My first instinct would be buy it! But you have a ton of factors. How many acres, how many tillable, any CRP, improvements, can it be irrigated? I would check this out before I buy and confirm. Does it have any timber? Is it mature? Can it be put into ag land preservation? All things to consider when you need to think about your return on investment. You have to take the "Romance" out of the equasion. You said your paying how much for land rent? | |
