20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | is there any way YOU could rent it on for a 2 or 3 year lease with the option to buy after wards for $3000 an acre? you could give her some money down and possibly buy it on a say 5 year contract, then after the 5th year of the purchasing contract get a traditional loan through the bank. probably have enough paid down at that point where you wouldn't need any actual down payment money for the bank to float the loan.
requires a lot of payperwork and trust, but sounds like you at least have a good start on the trust part.....
if she really wants to sell it do all you can to get it bought. most good property comes up once in your lifetime, and its sounds like this might be the only chance your dad will have to see you or him with it.... |
