Subject: Montana Wheat

NW Washington
I have Montana flour in the pantry right now made and sold by this outfit. http://www.montanawheat.com/
You need high gluten/protein flour to make bread. Hard red spring is where it comes from. I like to use Hard White Whole Wheat flour for making whole wheat bread, and this company has it. I buy the flour at the local grocery store.
Bob's Red Mill is another good source of various kinds of flour and grains. http://www.bobsredmill.com/
