Slicker than a Yes album.		Can't help you other than say white flour. Works good here, if I want buns or rolls, I use a different recipe (which has more sugar in it)

Buy in bulk through a grocery store bakery. Not sure what is different in the "bread flour" flour I see on the shelves.
