Grasses are slow -will take up to 3 weeks for fescue to come up. Rye or wheat can come up in 4-5 days. this time of year will take longer because of temp. Get some kind of small grain seeded today! then sprinkle a little straw along-doesn't take much, if you put your hand down shouldn't cover more than 2-5 straws.
Could I sow grass now?
