Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN | Gottlieb with this heritage of hyper-inflation, you would think Germans would be ultra-sensitive to the dangers of printing money. Yet, in the media sources I watch, German outrage seems to be more with the idea that Germany is going to have to pay for the excesses of the "Club Med" southern European countries, not that they are afraid "Unsterilized" QE could/is going to lead to a destroyed currency. Is this a true assessment, or are there just as many Germans with monetary issues on the mind as we have on the Markets board? |
