what happens if they -supposed co-op or cargill goes belly up then-is my contract no better then the person behind the contract?I once had a contract to deliver and had to honor the contract according to the bankruptcy judge even though I knew I would never collect-1 day after delivery they filed-was only 18,000-but it was in the 80's and it hurt-has anyone every read the fineprint-would the buyer do the same if I turned the tables?
