We have had 4 of them, they have all been frustrating to set. Clean sample means grain on the ground, no grain on the ground means dirty sample, cob bits, stalks about 2 to 3 inches long, and chewed up kernels. I have put Kuchar bars on the rotor, and modified the sieve per his instructions. Will see if it does any good in corn next season. If not, I'm done with STS combines.
