Some landlords will even rent to them again when they don't get paid for a couple years and the guy is in bankruptcy. We asked one land owner why he'd even consider renting to the guy when he was owed back rent for two years. He said if he rented to someone else then for sure he wouldn't get any of that back rent from the guy???
