If your "neighbors" are trying to outbid you and take your rented ground away from you--well, that's just low down in my book. It's happening more and more now days since prices are up. What are all these people gonna do when the big crash comes and they're paying twice as much rent as it's worth? Talk to your landlord, tell him there's only 46 acres there and bid accordingly. That's about all you can do. I don't mind someone outbidding me, but I do mind someone trying to take ground that I'm already farming. Just a sign of the times we live in I guess.
