| buford Thank you for the help. I'm going over the details with My uncle and My father today. I'm starting to believe that we indeed set up a revocable trust back in 2010. At that time I remember we had hired a estate lawyer out of Omaha Nebraska and had all the land revalued and some of the life insurance was given as a gift to the heirs from my Grandma. I do know that when the trust was set up 2013 was subject of worry and I/m sure we set up the best trust we could . I'm hoping we never have to deal with any problems in 2013 but I would hate to have to sell half the farm to keep the other half. | |
