Camp Douglas Wi. 40miles nw of wi. dells | I just got a irrevocable trust that when my wife & I pass on, that the state will apraise the farm at the time of our death, then thats the new bench mark if the kids sell at that price no estate tax. If they keep the farm & the value goes up & then in years done the road they sell, the kids pay the differnts (estate tax) of what they sell for, minis the apraisel at the time of our death.
