East Central SD | I am planning on switching to two semis and trailers next year. I am wondering about buying two trailers that are a little shorter (say 34 or 38) and pull them separately during harvest to the farm. Then when delivering to end user I would double them up. Would need one good high hp truck and one not so good truck that way. Don't see this done much around here. All the professionals run doubles and some farmers are running doubles but haven't really seen anyone doing what I am thinking. What would be the disadvantages? | |
