just a tish NE of central ND | I don't know your combine model, but the 1480 has 3 oil pressure senders. one for the light, one for the gauge, and the third for disabling the hydraulic functions and separator(electric over hydraulics) if there is a lack of oil pressure. It almost sounds like you are back feeding current into the cab relay trigger wire somehow , maybe through the ignition switch not working quite right?
