| Steel 24' x 14' door Door & opener was installed in 1978 and has always been hard to raise manually. They claimed they had the springs as tight as they could get them at the time. This is the 2nd control box on it. First one the mice got in & chewed up all the wiring & whizzed on everything causing all the relays to rust. We had a power outage last week when a drunk ran off the road & snapped a light pole causing the neutral to wrap around one of the hot wires so I'm thinking maybe a voltage spike got it. Building is on another farm & is used for implement storage so we don't open the door that often.
