SW North Dakota | well thats part of you problem with the weight of the door ... if the spring tension is right, you should be able to roll it up without the help of another person... check to see if you spring didnt unwind... and yes it was made by stanley... had one like that was a PITA.. you should be able to run a cord to it to power it up to rule out a faulty circuit..I will look to see if i still have a manual for it | |
