That's a pretty good explaination of charting fundaments. IMO - everyone that markets grain should understand charting principals, it'll give them a little better "feel" or reason as to when and why to sell at a given time. Market news is stupid news - as you said blah, blah, blah - doesn't matter. If it's real news - the market has already reacted and gennerally too late to benifit -
