I only started looking at this sort of thing 2 years ago, so I know _nothingt_ about it.
I think that the large funds entering the fray, plus the possible bidding for acrage, makes charts & trends less valuable at this point in time for actual marketing. They are a good marketing tool, more so in a sluggish, poor, long-term market.
