If you are looking for help during the times you stated, pay at least 25 for the main operator and 15 or so for the helper. I say this because you won't be furnishing them a house, vehicle to drive back and forth to work and no insurance. Plus, if they are good, you will want them to come back, so sweeten the pot so to speak. | |
