Subject: How much is a good reliable operator worth?



Frytown, Iowa

pay by the hour or by the acre? how much?

spring: 12 row planter with liquid N 2+2 and infurrow starter, 15 ft soybean drill. Fall: 9570 with 6 row corn head and 25 ft. grain head... 

looking for what to pay the opperator only... and what to pay extra guy to tend N, starter, and seed in the spring and haul grain (tractor and 600 bu. wagons) in the fall...

this is for approx... 900 ac.
