I have no idea what year our Ford running gear was but it was red. I remember we could swap wheels with the front wheel on our '62 Ford 4000. It's a guess that the front hub on the tractor is the same as the wagon, but that's what I'd try. 

Also might want to check with A&I too they have listing for Ford tractor hubs with some bearing info.
