Hmmm wonder if that would help? Definitely an electrical issue because you can remove the electric motor and hold it in your hand operate the switch, and it takes 10-15 seconds before it will move. These are very low draw motors and it is very odd that is just on channel 2, I'm thinking of trying the channel 3 hole on the module or switching 1 with 2 to eliminate the harness or the module as the problem.
