Hertford, NC | I don't doubt that the ipad won't stand extreme heat followed by extreme cold followed by repeated g-force stresses, but inside my 9650, things are kind of nice. It has a thermostat as good as the one in my house and it rides better than my Chevy. After all, my android cell phone has survived for quite some time in farm equipment ranging from an open station tractor to about 500 hours per year in my turbine spray plane, so I think today's consumer level electronics are adequate for the job at hand. By the way, my first gen. GreenStar has the display all jacked up with lines and blank places all over it, so as far as green displays go, they aren't exactly bullet proof. | |
