If it is narrow to one side and wide to the other on a consistent basis then it is an offset issue. If it just happens every once in a while then it is WAAS that is to blame. Keep in mind that WAAS is pretty good most of the time but it will jump several inches to several feet at times and you can't do much about that. I hope you get it figured out.
