Cedar Rapids, Iowa | Glonass isn't going to help if you're running on WAAS, since the WAAS system doesn't provide correction data for the Glonass satellites.
I have no idea how much position smoothing the Paradyme can do, but if that is really good, you could run GPS+Glonass, without any correction data, and *potentially* have similar accuracy to WAAS.
If your antennas are below the hopper extension, then the hopper extension could be causing two issues - one is that it is blocking any satellites from behind the machine up to a relatively high angle above the horizon, more than the typical 8-10 degrees that receivers start using satellites at. The second issue is that data from satellites in front of the machine is being reflected off the hopper and then being picked up by the antenna twice. This is called multi-path, and can make a satellite unusable.
I agree with the person that said to fold the hopper extensions down for a while and see if the problem goes away.
