where are you at? theres alot of acres in nebraska with sandy soils that they will not allow you to drill a new well. I would contact your local NRD (Natural Rescource Dist.) and start there, sometimes they help with the pivot bill. If that is not an issue in your area of the country, consider yourself very lucky.
