What do you raise on it now? Sounds like a no brainer if you can keep up the water. Sand is something you have to keep a very close eye on, or it can go up quick even with water.

Get a couple of pivot dollys and move that Valley, for 15k unless the pipe is junk sounds like a nice deal. You'll be around 18-20k with a shallow well like that. Electric motor on the well, three phase power....The whole thing for around 40k with todays commodity prices should pay you back very well. At 500/acre you could get your money back the first year.
