Clatonia, NE | Wow--I've never heard of such poor service. It sounds like they are accusing you of lying to them. I've always thought the 600 was the worst display of the top 4 (Ag Leader, Case, JD, and Trimble), but this confirms it. Poor hardware+Poor support=unhappy farmer. If you're into Red equipment, maybe look at having them keep their crappy display and get something from a good local aftermarket equipment dealer in the area (I recommend Ag Leader if you can find a good dealer). I think you will be pleasantly suprised on the quality of equipment and hopefully the service! We've had variety tracking for 3-4 years now--and (holy smokes) we can run a combine/planter/sprayer/.... without switching firmware out! I haven't had to do that since the PFAdvantage back in 02!
