Savannah, MO | Ha ha ha!!! Wow! That's pretty crazy. Yes, you're correct--cardone will help you out. You need a Rebuild and Return (R&R) form and then mail your Pro 600 to Pennslyvania. It's about $70 to get it done. It does take a little time (10 days or so), but at least it's fixed. Ask your dealer for a loaner--that's the least they can do. If you're having issues with your dealership customer support, have them load multiple programs on your pro 600 (sprayer, planter, combine)--you can switch between them. I usually don't recommend it, because it can slow the 600 down BUT at least you'll have all the programs you need. If you want more information about cardone, just let me know!! | |
