Yep something different altogether. I try to limit open disk space to eliminate or reduce slack space; "slack space" is that which the O/S has created temp files in then removed leaving an empty shell. Not giving the O/S extra space to corrupt is faster. Usually I leave only 2-3GB extra space on System partition and that's plenty for system restore.
