Have you said before that there is a way to utilize that existing Fast valve as an on-off valve & merely add a normal control valve to control the flow once the FC valve is open? If so, how does one keep the FC valve from trying to control also?

Or, do I have it wrong about utilizing the FC valve for shut-off/on?
