Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
The Fast Close Valve has a difficult time with low rates. You would have much better results with the "Two Valve System" where there is a separate control valve and a separate ON/OFF valve.

This is one of the reasons that we dislike using the Fast Close setup although it is cheaper.

The reason the system has a difficult time with low rates is that with a Fast Close valve there is not the gear reduction that is present with a standard control valve. The reason being that the Fast Close valve must operate quickly to shut the system down. This means that extremely short shots are needed for the normal correction portion of the operation, this is extremely difficult since a very minor movement of the control ball will result in a considerable rate change.
