Ashburn, GA, (very close to Heaven!)
With the Case system, you still have to have somebody tarping modules. To use existing tarps and trucks, you have to unload modules in pairs. You have to stop picking to unload modules.

The Deere system spits out wrapped bales. Their round shape will repel water better, and the wrapping means less seed cotton loss and spillage. The bales come out wrapped, which allows you to keep on picking. There is no need for a module truck, as drop decks and 5th wheel trailers can move cotton to the gin.

I'm not sure which system is better.... I look forward to seeing this business change the next ten years! The last ten have been a wild ride, and more to come.
