Dodge County, WI | I have been having the same problem all spring with ours. It will work fine and then communication goes out at random. I sent my modem into Farmworks to get Version 2 put on it. That was 4 days ago. At the time, they said they were working on a "over the air" update which would work without any need for physically having the modem to do it. Maybe they got it working and that is why your menus have changed. I fixed the problem by demoing an Intuicom.
