Subject: DCM300 losing VRS Connection


East Central Alberta
I need some help here. I've been using a Dcm300 and FMX1000 on a Trimble VRS network, it has been performing flawlessly until today. Out of nowhere the monitor said "Lost VRS correction", I have not been able to connect since. I have rebooted the monitor, checked all connections, put the SIM card in an internet stick to check operation and signal, re-installed firmware 5.11, everything else I could think of. One change that I have noticed is that under the VRS Modem diagnostics tab, there used to be three tabs I could edit and input network logins etc, now I cannot select the SIM card tab. My dealer is also looking into the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
