| Somebody mentioned all the ground that has been tiled back there contributes to the flooding also. I don't know much about tile, or flooding for that matter. Two valid sides to this agrument, one side is it does not change the area of the watershed. Which is true. The other side is since the fields don't hold as much water, it finds its way to the river quicker, and less is lost to evaporation. Wether that is true or not I have no idea. | |
