Eastern Iowa | The desktop was in sleep mode last night and the power went out momentarily. When I went to turn it back on, it beeps and clicks, the fan runs at full speed, but never loads windows, or gives any output to the monitor at all?
What do you think happened, and how do I approach fixing it? Should I attempt disconnecting all external devices and booting up again before I call in professional help? | |
