The lady at our church uses MS Word 2007 on a Windows 7 computer.  She clicked on something while in Word and changed the way it looks but not the way it prints.

I've tried everything I can think of to get it back but without success.

The cursor is at the top of the page when it should be down about 1/2 inch.  I've reset the margins and they will move left and right but will not move down.  I've deleted the Normal.dotm file and when we start Word it just comes up the same, cursor at the very top of the page.  I've repaired the program and zilch.  I've changed the theme, reset the margins and reset the font.  Saved it all as default but when it starts a new document it still has the cursor at the very top of the page.

Help would no doubt receive a blessing or at least a thank you. :-)
