Looks like the Verizon TOS are similar, though I think slightly less restrictive at first read. However, Verizon's "unlimited" plan is truly unlimited. This was confirmed for me explicitly by a Verizon rep in-store, and has also been confirmed in several online forums. If you're using your phone as a mobile hotspot, etc, then there may be a cap, but if you're paying for the unlimited plan, and you're not otherwise violating the TOS (i.e. free/unauthorized tethering, illegal filesharing, etc.), there really is no limit.

With that said, I'm sure Verizon has flags in their monitoring software that take note of high data users, and if you're consistently way high, even if they can't prove that you're doing something outside the TOS, the TOS states that they reserve the right to throttle you.
