I bought the printcentral app too and it does the job well.  You will be able to use your existing printers if they are connected to a computer on your network.  You can download it tonight and be printing in a couple of minutes.

Be sure to have your printer shared on your network and install the free program that comes with the instructions first.  Then start your app and print away. 

I'll recommend using it until Apple makes good on the commitment to offer printing in a future update.
