I sell fats off the yard to neighbors, friends, soforth. I charge what is top for that day at live market, (.99/# top, 1350# [email protected] =1336.50) plus $10 ride to locker, they (customer) pays for processing. works good for me and them. I also have a rule if they don't like it (the beef) I will buy it back.
